• About JPI
Jakarta Property Institute (JPI) is a non-profit organization with a mission to make Jakarta a more livable city and accelerate the growth of the property industry.

What is Jakarta Property Institute?

Real estate is a significant contributor to Jakarta’s GDP, directly and indirectly. At the same time, Jakarta is becoming less livable, less sustainable. The growth of real estate depends on the growth of the city. In light of these, JPI was created as a platform for constructive dialogue and joint actions between the city and the industry.

JPI is a membership-based non-profit organization that serves as a platform for constructive dialogue and cooperation between RE players and the government – to pursue the complementary goals of promoting sustainable growth for the city and the RE industry.
