He serves as Managing Director of the Ciputra Group, a real estate company with projects across Indonesia—among them are large townships and mixed-use developments such as Mal Ciputra, Ciputra World Jakarta and Ciputra World Surabaya. Ciputra also develops properties in other Asian countries.

Husodo Angkosubroto

Husodo is Chairman of Gunung Sewu Group, the holding company of Farpoint Realty Indonesia. Farpoint’s portfolio includes Verde apartments, Menteng Regency apartments, Sequis Center and Sequis Tower in SCBD Jakarta.

Joko Suranto

Joko is serving as head of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) from 2024-2028. He is the owner of PT. Buana Kassiti Group, a Bandung-based real estate company

Alexander Tedja

Alexander founded Pakuwon Group in 1982, the pioneer of superblock concept in Indonesia; a large-scale integrated mixed-use development of retail shopping mall, office, condominium and hotel. Developments under the group include Plaza Blok M, Kota Kasablanka and Gandaria City.

Karuna Murdaya
