The large population of Jakarta gives it an advantage in terms of labor and consumption. But on the other hand, Jakarta must also improve the quality of life of its citizens in order to compete with other cities such as Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Here are some comparisons between Jakarta, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur in terms of quality of life.

1. Jakarta is the most polluted city. Jakarta's pollution levels are twice as bad as Kuala Lumpur.
