Based on the results of the Jakarta Property Institute (JPI) survey, support workers who work in Jakarta have a desire to live close to the workplace. However, the fact is that many of them still live with their parents in the suburbs or can only afford to rent / rent together with coworkers or other people who have the same fate. With the limitations they have, there is no way for them to get affordable housing that suits their monthly income. Government attention is needed to provide affordable housing with easier schemes.
The survey method used a 20-question questionnaire asked to a total of 120 respondents spread across Jakarta and outside Jakarta (Bodetabek).
