September 13, 2022

Certificate of Good Function (SLF) is a certificate for a building that has been completed and has met the technical feasibility requirements according to the function of the building. This certificate is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27/PRT/M/2018 concerning Certificate of Building Functioning.

The Certificate of Functioning is issued by the local government. And must be owned by every building. Without SLF, a building cannot operate legally.

A Certificate of Good Function (SLF) is not something that is commonly understood by ordinary people, although it is often relevant. By looking at an example of an SLF, you can get an overview of this certificate.
